WHAT IS QI GONG?

Qi Gong practice might seem easy since the exercises are slow, gentle and easy to learn. However, many years of study and practice; based on traditional teachings and under the guidance of a qualified teacher, are required in order to learn and practice the art of Qi Gong.

Wu Xing QI Gong

This video briefly shows the movements for the five elements Qi Gong set, or Wu Xing Qi Gong. They are a set of exercises that helps to tonify the various pulses of the body.

  1. Water- Kidney-Bladder

  2. Wood- Liver-Gallblader

  3. Fire- Heart-Small Intestine

  4. Earth- Spleen-Stomach

  5. Metal- Lungs-Large Intestine
